UPDATE, Thursday 10:45 a.m.: Woods made his first appearance in court on Wednesday, with his mother and brother present. He has posted a $50,000 bond but as of Thursday morning was still being held while awaiting the application of a monitoring device.
UPDATE: A source familiar with the arrest tells OwlAccess.com the arrest stems from a fight in a local bar about a girl and that Woods originally denied he was at the establishment. (The probable cause affidavit shows that the alleged incident occurred at a banquet hall – not a bar. The alleged victims asserted that the fight was over a basketball foul call that happened a year ago.)
