Several high-ranking assistant athletics directors at major football schools and sitting athletics directors at smaller schools are among the applicants to be the next head of Florida Atlantic's athletics department.
FAU received 48 applications for its open athletics director position from a posting with the NCAA and on FAU's own web site according to a list of applicants obtained by Owl Access using a public records request.
