How Does an All State Football Player Not Get On The Field?

I am quite confused about this situation with Michael Barasch not able to get on the field. I have seen Barasch play since he was 10 years old and what a player he was. Barasch played on a Pasadena Lakes Optimist Club Team with another kid named Taylor Atwood with both guys in the split back offense and a nasty Fullback Named Marcus Bartels who also doubled as Middle Linebacker. This team went a few years without loosing a game and a matter of fact they did not give up a single point. Barasch was a special player where as if he was about to get tackled he would be able to pull off a Barry Sanders kind of move and avoid the big hit. I always thought he would make it to the highest level there is so this is quite strange to see him in street clothes or not see him at all. An All County and All State running back from FLORIDA not being able to get on the field? Any Thought?

Last year would have been a great opportunity for Barasch. He was on the two-deep as Morris' back up, but hardly saw any action.

This season Floyd and Jeff Blanchard will likely be above him on the chart.

He'll get a shot in camp, but needs to do something to stand out.
