Former FAU golfer Steve LeBrun will be teeing-off at 10:15 a.m.at the U.S.Open in a group with Scott Langley, and Beau Hossle.
FAU grad Steve LeBrun shot a respectable +3 in the first round of the U.S. Open.
That is tied for 40th.
If he can repeat that round he'll likely make the cut. That would be an accomplishment.
Former FAU golfer Steve LeBrun makes cut at U.S. Open by shooting 75 on Friday and is +8 after 2 rounds.
He shot a 1 under third round today! Puts him only 8 off the lead as of now! Way to go Steve!

So happy for Steve LeBrun, but it makes me wonder why we don't hear much from our golf program?
It seems to me like this is excellent golf country and we should be competing and winning the Sun Belt title every year.
